The Especial Doña Chela is named for the family matriarch whose recipes built this place. The food was perfected long before the restaurant opened.
Built for the High Desert
Victorville is Mojave country — working-class, no-nonsense, serious about good food. Chela's opened here in 2018 and earned its reputation one plate at a time.
The Barstow Stop
The Barstow location on the I-15 became a road-trip landmark for the LA-to-Vegas corridor. Same recipes, same family, same standards — 40 miles down the highway.
